Both buildings are made up of two completely independent villas with the exception of the garage.

Both buildings are made up of two completely independent villas with the exception of the garage. Building A, containing the Platano villa and the Cedro villa, is located on the southern slope of the future unified cadastral map, while building B, containing the Larice villa and the Faggio villa, is located on the northern slope. Both buildings have an independent garage with 10 parking spaces each which can be accessed from via Longhena. The villino Platano, located immediately on the garage level of building A, is divided into 2 levels, ground floor and first floor. Villino Cedro is made up of two apartments, a duplex on the 2p and 3p levels and an attic apartment on the 4p level. The Larice villa, located immediately on the garage level of building B, is divided into 2 levels, ground floor and first floor. The Faggio cottage is made up of two apartments, a duplex on the 2p and 3p levels and an attic apartment on the 4p level.
